Neil is no stranger to the world of acting having appeared in plays, television, musicals, pantomimes and having recorded many voice overs. Neil has worked on such plays as Neil Simon's 'Lost In Yonkers' and 'On Golden Pond'. He has appeared in 'Heartbeat' and 'At Home With The Braithwaites' and also took the title role in the short film 'Huey's Day Out'.

Starting out in local amateur productions aged nine Neil has gone on to appear in professional musicals up and down the country.

In 2002 Neil made his West End debut when he was invited to appear in 'An Evening With Barbara Dickson' at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, he then went on to take the role of Magaldi and understudy to Peron in 'Evita'. It was during a backstage meeting with lyricist Sir Tim Rice that Neil's next engagement came about. Neil was invited to sing the role of Joseph (Joseph & His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) in a series of concerts called 'An Evening With Sir Tim Rice' hosted by Sir Tim himself.

Neil has established himself as one of the most sought after pantomime performers in the UK, having played many parts from Dame to Villain, Neil relishes the role of The Comic.

Neil appeared as comic at The Princess Theatre, Hunstanton for five years where he had the honor of performing for the Royal Family as they spent Christmas at Sandringham.

Pantomime seasons have been performed in, Manchester, Leamington Spa, Hunstanton, Folkestone, Scarborough, Scunthorpe, Warrington and most recently at The Victoria Theatre, Halifax.

Resident shows have only been a part of Neil's pantomime career, having appeared in summer and Easter pantomimes on UK tours too.

2012 will see Neil returning to The Victoria Theatre, Halifax for the fourth year in 'Beauty and The Beast'.

Neil has also done a lot of Voice Over work. He is regularly heard on such radio stations as Yorkshire Coast Radio, Minster FM and The Pulse FM in different adverts and campaigns.

In 2011 Neil became the voice of Mylo the Meerkat, the new mascot for Flamingo Land Theme Park. His voice has been used on the TV advert and in the character shows as well as voicing a whole host of different characters.
